Use the following settings to get it working:
GSA Captcha Breaker:
- Check Run as Webserver
- Check Simulate the following captcha services
- Check DeathByCaptcha
Magic Submitter:
- put in fake details for deathbycaptcha - anything works.
- hit check balance (by deathbycaptcha)
should show 9.99
