E-Mail Provider Settings

The table below includes all necessary settings to get access by POP3 or SMTP protocol. If your E-Mail provider is not listed, let us know and we will update this table. You might even find details when searching with "@YourEmailDomain.com" "Pop3 Server" (of course it might be useful to exchange YourEmailDomain.com first).

Also note that most free email providers have a limit of emails you can send out a day. If you want to overcome this limitation, you have to use a paid provider just like: MailJet or SendGrid .

Whenever accessing your gmail account, you are forced to use a so called APP Password and NOT the one from your google/gmail account. You can configure it with the following steps:

  1. Visit the myaccount.google.com page (make sure you are logged in to your gmail account)
  2. Click the left sidebar menu Security > and look for App passwords
  3. Select App: Mail, Device: Other, name it: SMTP (example), Click GENERATE and yo get the app password
