====== E-Mail Provider Settings ======
The table below includes all necessary settings to get access by POP3 or SMTP protocol. If your E-Mail provider is not listed, let us know and we will update this table. You might even find details when searching with [[https://duckduckgo.com/?q=%22%40YourEmailDomain.com%22+%22Pop3+Server%22|"@YourEmailDomain.com" "Pop3 Server"]] (of course it might be useful to exchange //YourEmailDomain.com// first).
Also note that most free email providers have a limit of emails you can send out a day. If you want to overcome this limitation, you have to use a paid provider just like:

===== GMail App Password =====
Whenever accessing your gmail account, you are forced to use a so called **APP Password** and **NOT** the one from your google/gmail account.
You can configure it with the following steps:
- Visit the [[https://myaccount.google.com/|myaccount.google.com]] page (make sure you are logged in to your gmail account)
- Click the left sidebar menu Security > and look for App passwords
- Select App: Mail, Device: Other, name it: SMTP (example), Click GENERATE and yo get the app password
